President
Samantha is a seasoned revenue leader with over 12 years of experience building and optimizing go-to-market systems for high-growth B2B startups. With a background spanning sales development, sales management, revenue operations, and enablement, Sam brings a holistic understanding of the entire customer journey, from first touch to long-term retention.
Before launching OaaS Triad Group, Sam held senior leadership roles across multiple fast-scaling tech companies, where they led initiatives to overhaul CRM systems, build data-driven sales playbooks, align cross-functional teams, and scale revenue operations from the ground up. Their work has helped companies unlock sustainable growth, improve forecasting accuracy, and create repeatable processes that enable teams to scale with confidence.
As a co-founder and hands-on consultant, Sam offers clients more than just advice they deliver execution, backed by years of hard-won operational insight. Partnering with OaaS Triad Group gives clients access to both strategic and tactical horsepower, combining sales-focused expertise with deep operational systems design, all at a fraction of the cost of building an in-house team.

Megan Reese
COO
Megan is a proven revenue and operations strategist with deep expertise in building the systems, tools, and processes that drive scalable growth. Over the past 10 years, they’ve led sales operations, enablement, and GTM strategy across early and growth-stage tech companies helping startups turn messy data and unclear processes into high-performing revenue engines.
Before co-founding OaaS Triad Group, Megan held senior roles where they architected CRM transformations, built forecasting models, and implemented scalable workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success. Their work consistently improved visibility, productivity, and execution at every stage of the funnel.
At OaaS Triad Group, Megan leads operational strategy and infrastructure design. Together with their co-founder, they offer clients an uncommon blend of leadership: one focused on the people and process of sales execution, the other on the systems and strategy that power it.
