We're hiring a Revenue Operations Lead who can walk into a client environment, figure out what's broken in the first week, and start fixing it in the second. You'll work across industries, CRMs, and tech stacks. No two engagements look the same, and that's the point.

This is not a build-it-from-scratch role. Clients already have CRMs, processes, and teams. What they need is someone sharp enough to diagnose what's broken, disciplined enough to document what works, and confident enough to present findings to senior revenue leaders.

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Associate who's hungry to learn, sharp with data, and not afraid to get their hands dirty inside a client's marketing stack.

You'll support our client engagements by managing marketing automation, cleaning up campaign operations, building reports, and making sure leads flow where they're supposed to. If you've ever looked at a client's email nurture sequence and thought "who built this and why," you'll fit right in.
